Nevertheless, should you have reason to complain despite all our efforts, we would be grateful if you would first of all contact your furniture dealer. He will determine whether the problem is covered by the guarantee - de Sede provides a comprehensive three-year guarantee that provides far greater cover than is required by law - or whether it has been caused by incorrect use or lack of appropriate care. In any case, your dealer will help you to resolve your problem as rapidly as possible.
Even if your de Sede furniture is already several years old, you can still get in touch with our in-house customer service team who will give you knowledgeable assistance with all your questions. If treated carefully, de Sede reckons that a leather sofa has a lifespan of some twenty years. If you are unwilling to part with a favourite piece after this time or have acquired an original at a design auction, de Sede offers you the opportunity of having the model refurbished.
You dont want to part with your favourite de Sede chair or sofa as its given you so many years of pleasure or maybe you recently acquired an original de Sede at a design auction. If so, we would be happy to look into the possibility of re-upholstering or re-covering it for you.
